Christmas is finally here and I can't wait to spend it with my family. For as long as I can remember my parents have hosted both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner but this year will be a bit different. Tonight is my uncle's annual Christmas Eve party complete with prime rib, lobster and champagne; and tomorrow will be a relaxing day at home in a flannel shirt and sweater socks. I'll be taking a few days off but I hope all of you have a wonderful holiday.
